Cancellation

A customer may cancel their order by contacting KATS Collection at sales@katscollection.com within 12 hours of order placement.

KATS Collection may cancel orders at any time for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock, system error, pricing error etc.

Exchange & ReturnAt KATS Collection we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst the products are delivered after inspection with the hope that you are delighted with your order, we do not offer any return or exchange of product under normal conditions.We only offer conditional exchange if:
- Exchange request is received at sales@katscollection.com within 24 hours of order delivery.
- The product is found faulty, damaged or defective.
- The received product(s) differ from the original order.
- Any part of product is missing in the package.
Unstitched articles once stitched and sealed articles once opened will not be entertained.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, worn, washed or damaged in any way.

Please email pictures of the product to sales@katscollection.com. We will look into the case and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.

Once we receive the product, it will be thoroughly reviewed to evaluate the issue. We will inform you accordingly about the acceptance / approval status of the exchange and further proceeding.

Please ensure that the product is sent back to us, complete in its original condition, along with original packaging.

Products sent back to us without first reporting at sales@katscollection.com will not be entertained and accepted.

Any shipping and handling charges associated with the exchange of a product are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refund

All sales are considered final. There are no monetary returns, but can be exchanged for products of equal or higher value.

KATS Collection makes every effort to ensure that product images & descriptions are as accurate as possible. Please note, however, that there might be some minor differences between product images on the website and the actual product. Such variations may come about due to extra embellishments used during shoots which may differ from original products slightly.

Please bear in mind that product color may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or your device settings.

All details of KATS Collection products are given on the website and we make every effort to guarantee that the information provided is accurate. Customers are requested to review the product and it’s details satisfactorily before making an order.
