- Orders received after 5:00 pm will be processed the next day.
- Delivery time is between 5-6 working days (no delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take additional days during busy shopping season or in case of any event or disturbance in the counry.
- International orders will be processed and delivered after the receipt of payment (including freight).
- We will deliver to the home or office address indicated by you when you place an order.
- We cannot deliver to PO boxes. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt.
- The parcel delivery attempts will be as per the SOP of the courier company.
- The parcel will be returned in case of wrong address or non-availability of the customer who will be later informed accordingly. In case of re-delivery, the customer will be responsible for the extra shipping charges.
